Our Managed Services Platform

Our Managed Workplace is an advanced software product built on Microsoft's .NET technology. Managed Workplace consists of two components.

The Onsite Manager is a light weight agentless software component that is installed on an existing Windows device at each customer site or can be installed as an appliance depending on the MSP business model.

The Service Center is installed on a Windows Server with SQL database located at the MSP site or at a hosting location of the MSP’s choice.

The multiple Onsite Managers are connected to the Service Center by a secure outbound connection using current web services SOAP/XML through HTTP/HTTPS.

The ease of use, simplicity, power and security of our agentless technology built on Microsoft’s leading edge .NET framework combined with innovative patented network communications allowing all monitoring and management to be conducted securely over the Internet (no VPNs required), make Managed Workplace the next generation platform for managed services software.
